What exactly is a credit?
A credit is one download. Every listing shows how many credits it costs — most plugins are two to four, full websites are five or six. Credits refresh on the same day each month.
Do unused credits roll over?
On the Maker and Studio plans, up to half of your unused credits roll into next month. Starter credits expire monthly, and Unlimited never counts them at all.
Can I still buy a single item without a plan?
Yes. Every listing has a one-off price shown next to the credit cost. You get the same file, the same licence and the same lifetime updates.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep every file you have already downloaded, for good, along with its licence and updates. You simply stop receiving new credits.
Can my team share a plan?
Studio includes three seats and Unlimited has no seat limit. Each member gets their own login and download history under one bill.
Is there a refund window?
There is a 14-day refund window on any file that does not work as described. Get in touch and a real person will sort it out.
